Start Live Preview

Method 1: Select the MobileLivePreview23.png button to open one camera in selected window.

Method 2: Select the MobileLivePreview23.png button to open multiple cameras by choosing what you want on the device list or on the favorite cameras. Then click on "Start Live Preview" button to start.

Stop Live Preview

Method 1: Long press a window and drag to "MobileLivePreview24.png" to stop the selected live preview.

Method 2: Select the MobileLivePreview25.png button to stop all camera previews.

Favorite Cameras

Select a video window in preview, Click on MobileLivePreview05.png to add it to favorites, select favorites, and the process is complete.

Real Time Playback

Select the MobileLivePreview09.png button while in live preview. The selected window will playback the recording in the past x seconds (x is configurable in the Local Config section). If there is no recording on the device for the selected channel, system will indicate "No record".

Select again the MobileLivePreview09.png button, the selected window will switch back to live preview mode.

PTZ Control

Select the MobileLivePreview10.png button when in live preview. The PTZ control panel will then be enabled for the selected camera.

Note: To change position or zoom in/out, you can use gestures on the PTZ's window.

Call Preset: Select the MobileLivePreview28.png button and select the preset number, then click on the MobileLivePreview29.png button to call.

IPC Zoom Control

Select the MobileLivePreview11.png, and you will be able to control zooming of a camera, if it has zoom capability.

Focus Control

Select the MobileLivePreview12.png button, and you will be able to control a camera's focus.

Stream Mode Configuration

Select a window and select the MobileLivePreview13.png button when in live preview. The stream mode configuration panel will then be enabled for the selected camera.

You can choose a preview mode according to your network environment.

Alarm Output Control

Select the MobileLivePreview14.png button when in live preview. The alarm output control panel will then be enabled for the device, including the selected camera.

Select the switch to turn on or off the alarm output.

Display Parameter Config

Select the MobileLivePreview17.png button when in live preview. The display parameter configuration panel will be enabled for the selected camera. You can set the brightness, contrast, hue, and saturation.

Fish Eye

Select a window that has a fish-eye camera currently playing, click the MobileLivePreview18.png button, and you will then enter the fish-eye de-warp preview mode. In this window, slide your finger upward to de-warp the fish-eye view. Slide your finger downward to return to the original image. The amount you slide your finger determines the correction/return scale. Slide left/right to adjust the video's direction.

Select the fish-eye button again, to exit correction mode. The video will then return to the original non-corrected image.

Step 1: Select a window with a live preview currently playing, and select the MobileLivePreview22.png button to show fluency adjustment panel.

Step 2: Adjust fluency according to need.

Image Flip

Rain wiper

Select the MobileLivePreview21.png button to control the built-in rain wiper on a speed dome.

Start Playback

Recording Type

Step 1: Enter recording playback.

Step 2: Select “Add” at the top of the window.

Step 3: Set the recording type to view: all recordings, normal recordings, alarm recordings, motion detect recordings, and select device channel under type.

  • Normal Recording: Green
  • Alarm Recording: Red
  • Motion Detect Recording: Yellow
  • All Recordings: Blue
  • If the user does not make a selection, then recording type is blue by default.

Recording Export

Step 1: Enter recording playback interface.

Step 2: Select Cut to enter cut mode.

Step 3: Select the start time you want to cut the recording from, select Start to mark the starting point.

Step 4: Drag progress bar, and select end time, select End to set the end point.

Step 5: Click OK to complete cutting and export.

Step 6: Click Cancel to cancel cutting and exit.

Device Manager

Select the MobileLivePreview01.png button to access the Menu, then select the MobileDeviceManager01.png button to access Device Manager.

You can add/edit/delete/remote configured device, view HDD information, and control alarm output.

Add a Device

Step 1: Click the MobileDeviceManager02.png button, and then select the type of device connection to add.

Step 2: Input device information.

P2P: The device has the P2P feature enabled and a connection to the internet. Input SN (Serial Number) or scan the QR code on the device to add it.

DDNS: The device has been registered on a DDNS server and a connection to the internet. Input the device domain address registered on the server.

IP/Domain: The device can be accessed by a fixed IP/Domain address. Input the IP/Domain address and port (37777 is the default).

WiFi Configuration

Step 1: Input SN (Serial Number) or scan the QR code to configure a WiFi device, then click Next to enter the network configure interface.

Step 2: Input the password of the Wifi access point which your phone is connected to, the click Next to configure the device.

Step 3: After the device is successfully configured it will be added to your list of devices.

Parameter Description

  • Name: Give the device a name.
  • Port: The device can be accessed by a fixed IP/Domain address. Input the IP/Domain address and port (37777 is the default).
  • Live Preview: Choose the stream mode (Main or Extra) for viewing the live preview.
  • Playback: Choose the stream mode (Main or Extra) for viewing playback.
  • Username & Password: Input the device's username and password.

Step 4: Click "Start Live Preview" to immediately open the live preview.

Device Initialization

Step 1: Click the Device Initialization button.

Step 2: Select the device type (Wired, WiFi, or AP).

Step 3: Enter the SN (Serial Number) or scan the QR code to recognize device.

Step 4:Enter a new password to complete initialization. (If a device is never added or reset, you will need to initialize it before you can use it.)

Generate Device Name Card

Step 1: Enter the device management interface.

Step 2: Click "Create Device Card" to generate a device name card.

Step 3: You will see a multi-selection box, you can select all or some the devices in the device list. When you are done, click OK.

Step 4: This will generate a QR code with all the device configuration information. Take a screenshot of the QR code to save it for later.

Search Device Function

Enter the device list page, select the "Search Device" input field, enter information about the devices you are searching for, and it will show the results of the search as you type.

Local Files

View Local Record/Snapshot

Click on the thumbnail of the record/snapshot to play/view.

Manage Local Record/Snapshot

Step 1: Click on MobileLocalFiles01.png button to enable manager mode.

Step 2: Click on MobileLocalFiles02.png button to choose the file you want. When a file is selected, the button should be changed to MobileLocalFiles03.png. If you want to select all, please click on MobileLocalFiles04.png button.

Step 3: Click on the operation button to manage the selected files.

Favorites

Create a Group

Click on MobileFavorites01.png button and input group name.

Delete a Group

Long press the desired group to enabled "delete" button. Then click on the "delete" button to delete a group.

Add Cameras to a Group

Click on a group and enter to the group detailed page.

Click on MobileFavorites02.png button to choose cameras from device list.

Rename Favorite Cameras

Long press the favorite cameras to rename, input the new name and save.

Remove Cameras from a Group

Long press the desired camera to enabled "delete" button. Then click on the "delete" button to remove the camera from a group.

Alarm Hub

Add Alarm Hub

You can new alarm hub in alarm entrance.

Mode Config

Alarm hub supports switch among multiple protection modes:

1. Home: all detectors are OFF, customize.

2. Away: all detectors are OFF, customize.

3. Disarm: all detectors are OFF, customize.

4. Custom: customize.

Use click button MobileAlarmHub01.png can switch among multiple protection modes and customize mode.

Link Detector

In detector's page, you can link detector to monitoring device, click button and then save.

Event List

In alarm hub page, you can customize alarm hub according to installed hub to view alarm message.

Wireless Lock Input

1. Wireless lock and alarm box match.

2. Lock event report, including: unlock event, ring event, vandal-proof alarm, invalid user, loitering alarm, duress alarm.

3. Lock device naming manager, including: password rename, card rename, fingerprint rename, Bluetooth rename.

Soft AP Add Device

Step 1: Open alarm hub, select AP config network.

Step 2: Open device hot spot, and connect via mobile phone, enter login info.

Step 3: According to prompt in the page, select appropriate Wi-Fi.

Step 4: After network is successfully configured, device will be added.
